Studying Spanish at Viva Languages
Spanish Semi-intensive Course — 20 hours per week
Four lively hours each morning with a short break—total 20 hrs weekly. Bolster skills and practice daily.
Spanish Intensive Course — 30 hours per week
Six hours each morning (breaks included). Friday features light activities. Dynamic, personalised teaching throughout.
DELE Exam Preparation — 15 hours/week
Strategy & practice for reading, writing, speaking and listening tasks—focused test-skills to pass with confidence.

Overview
Our Spanish courses in Colombia are tailored to individual needs and designed according to global best practices in language education. We offer four levels—beginner, elementary, intermediate, and advanced—as well as DELE exam preparation. Our personalized teaching methods utilize the latest academic tools.
Methodology

Tests & Exams
Weekly progress tests and an end-of-level exam to validate advancement.
Certificate
With at least 90% attendance, students receive an SWI certificate showing hours studied and the level attained.

Spanish Courses Description
The General Spanish courses in Bogotá concentrate on improving every aspect of Spanish. Focus is on the communicative skills: listening, spoken interaction and production, writing, grammar, vocabulary, reading and pronunciation.
Our program follows a syllabus that ensures steady progress; on this course you are given homework.
Levels range from complete beginner (A1) to proficiency (C2). The first hours will be focused on teaching grammar; the next lesson section is used to practise in a communicative way (games, magazines, newspapers, etc.).
Course Description
Online Lessons help with any area of Spanish you wish to improve. The course is completely individualized by the learner’s personal teacher; subjects can be chosen by the student according to interests and targets.
Includes a needs analysis and a program of work agreed by the teacher and student; a specialized study plan is prepared. Learn from home with flexible start dates and pace adapted to your commitments.
Levels from A1 to C2. Classes work on all skills: grammar, reading, oral comprehension, writing and speaking; plus expression exercises. Materials are provided by SWI and include free access to the school classroom platform.
